Amazing physiotherapist! They are highly professional, courteous and extremely helpful. Have been going to see Stella for a few months now. Stella not only took time to listen to my concern about this nagging back pain that I have had on and off for years but also gave me some exercises after a great treatment. I had relief only after 2 sessions with her. Highly recommend Kenmore Village physio girls.
Wasn't helpful, I didn't learn anything about how to better manage my problem and I didn't feel listened to. Unprofessional as well, wasn't told before she started shaving my leg roughly for strapping and she took a call halfway through the consult. Very poor experience and I fear that I could come in with any type of problem and I would get the same treatment.
Sensational customer service! Not !!! My 80 yo mother had to cancel an appointment due to being sick but was made to pay a $40 cancellation fee for it being under 24 hours of the appointment. What a wonderful way to treat an old sick injured person! Never again will any member of my family be going to this practice ever again.
