Disappointment is the best way I can describe my experience with Kenmore Village Apartments and their management. The property is in a great location, close to the Burke Gilman Trail, but it is maintained poorly. Moving into my unit was a shock compared to the private video sent to me by the leasing manager, Guy. I have been living at Kenmore Village Apartments for about a year now and have had an enjoyable experience. The complex is very well maintained, which was evident when I first looked at my apartment. It is located directly behind a gas station as well as Bothell Ski and Bike on the main road (NE Bothell Way) and within a very short walk to Starbucks, Grocery Outlet, Kenmore Lanes, Dollar Tree, Key Bank, and a nail salon. Had difficulties with utilities billing changing multiple times. But close to gas station/ quick mart which is convenient.
