Dr. Starry is amazing—she really knows her stuff and genuinely cares about the animals she treats. She saved our bulldog’s life during a bad allergy attack, and we’ve been so grateful to have her as our vet ever since. Unlike other clinics where you’re passed around between staff, Dr. Starry handles everything herself and gives you that personal attention. She always takes the time to explain things clearly and is happy to chat over the phone if you have any questions. Her clinic hours are super convenient too.
Starrie looked after our little whippet Evy with her de-sexing. She was very clear with the post operative instructions and recommendations, and thoroughly checked and efficiently removed the stitches the following week. Evy and Lorde’s tails were wagging when they saw Starrie again this morning when Evy had her stitches out :-)
Starry Allen has been caring for our dogs for over 15 years, including serious illnesses and emergencies. She has been personally available at all hours which is such a comfort when you have an emergency. Our dogs have always liked seeing her, so I reckon that says it all.
After careful consideration, I’ve decided to rate this business, mostly in hope its practitioner would rethink her bedside manner as well as her way of practice. Following up on a quick phone call, I was advised to come in with my dog’s urine sample. Upon arrival, I was greeted with the complaint of too much urine. While collecting more info on my dog as it’s our first visit, she found out that my usual go to place is GCV and that my dog was a rescue.
