Incredible, had a panic moment where our guinea pig almost got crushed by a python. The emergency vet line did a phenomenal job, managing to both calm us down and advise what was best for our pet.
Very rude lady on the phone at reception asked a simple question and was given foul treatment not coming back go somewhere they are polite
Starry is a rude domineering person, who told me that her property is not a dog park when I walked my dog on her property while my other dog was being attended to. She intimated that my dog would defecate on her property and that I would not pick it up. Her actions were so offensive I never went back. This is 4 years ago and I still am not over her bullish rudeness!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Starry has looked after all of our dogs, five so far. She knows what to do for them in all situations. She gives advice about how we can help our dogs. It works if we follow it. She is not a people pleaser, she is a vet. I have never encountered a vet who cared as much about her patients. She won't overcharge you or do unneccesary procedures on your animal. This why we love her.
Dr Starrie Allen is an excellent vet. I have bred and shown whippets for more than 20 years and am very impressed by her professionalism, knowledge and skills as a surgeon and a vet. She is very caring of her canine clients and a wonderful support in an emergency situation. Also, her fees are very reasonable.
