Amazing. Full stop. David on the front desk was extremely attentive and contacted me several times to get me in. They were overbooked already but still fitted me in. The Optometrist was an absolute legend, very nice, caring and very competent. They really went out of their way to help me I’m so grateful - big corneal scratch in the end so all good but once again - the service here is 10/10 + I’ll recommend them any time 🙏
I took my then 9yo to Kenmore Plaza Optometrist based on recommendations on the community page & I was incredibly impressed by their optometrist’s (Justine) professionalism. She was very very thorough, kind and efficient. Justine advised that my son didn’t urgently require glasses at that time (unlike the franchise eyewear shop that told us he needed one immediately!
