I was having difficulty reassembling my pole trimmer and Kenmore mowers repaired it for me at a very reasonable cost. I was very impressed with Nelson who is an apprentice and found him to be extremely helpful and courteous.
A huge shout to Patrick at Kenmore Mowers & Power, Service Section. I’m an elderly lady and every single time I’ve popped for service or advice, Patrick is always courteous, helpful and patient. His advice is spot-on and he takes time to easily explain problems, best outcomes and tutorials for a novice like me. Legend! Nelson is also courteous and helpful. Great team.
