If your looking for a gym not to crowded and just the necessary machines to work out, this is your place! Open 24/7, has enough equipment to workout out strength or mobility. Very nice staff and quick email answers to any questions you have. I'd love if they could give more maintenance to the machines, but most of them work well. After two years of working out here I just have to say thank you and I had very good workouts here. Please support non commercial gyms like this one!

This gym is a small local friendly gym that doesn’t require contracts makes it easier to come in and out. it’s open 24 seven. It’s well maintained and has a lot of the old and frankly best gym equipment that’s not available anymore Jordan and his staff are friendly keep the gym functional, equipment working and everything clean Never have a problem getting on equipment in the morning or during my lunch hour. it is a perfect local gym, check it out if you want to support non-franchise gyms

Avery morehouse was the best she absolutely delivered my child to perfection she was great as a midwife
