Our family have been patients with Kenmore Family Medical Practise for almost 10 years, they provide a great service, it’s quick to get in & Dr Davies takes the time to talk through concerns whilst having a collaborative approach to treatment.
This practice is by far the best in this area the reception staff are very knowledgeable friendly and helpful and are genuine as is my doctor Katrina Thank you
90% of the staff at this clinic are amazing, welcoming and kind. The doctors always go above and beyond. However, there are a few receptionists who really impact our experience. Every request or question feels like a complete burden on them and just today, the receptionist made me feel like I was the most annoying patient and when she was finished didn’t even say thank you or goodbye.
