90% of the staff at this clinic are amazing, welcoming and kind. The doctors always go above and beyond. However, there are a few receptionists who really impact our experience. Every request or question feels like a complete burden on them and just recently, the receptionist made me feel like I was the most annoying patient and when she was finished didn’t even say thank you or goodbye. Friendly reception and staff, Doctors are all very nice and experienced, Dr Joyce in particular is very patient and knows what he’s doing. Definitely recommend
Over an 18 year period I’ve never had a complaint; though I do miss Dr Bruce Moore.
