I had my snowmobile serviced here. I took it on to have one item checked/repaired. They installed parts I did not ask to be checked or repaired. They completed work I did not previously authorize. The owner did not even bother to check with me first. He called me and said my sled was all set. I was blindsided with a bill twice as much as I was expecting. They did not care and will not get my business again.
