I was in a very bad accident and I needed a lawyer, and being new to NH, I looked online and picked the first legitimate one that I saw. Attorney Kenison went through the process with me and my wife (we both had separate claims with him from the same accident). You have to wait until all of your medical issues are dealt with, psychologists, etc, then he put in the claim.
