Well i had a worst experience with Andre at this shop who took payment from me for $500, 4 months ago to fix my headlights for 2020 explorer and since then i am chasing this guy to fulfil its promise but he is a mis committer . Also he promise that if particular part doesn't work , i will be issued a refund. I met Andre when my 09 vw tiguan starter failed at a funeral home. He spent his own time to diagnose my car in the cold. Furthermore, took his time on a Sunday morning to pick up the part and fix my car in my driveway. A genuine real one. Phenomenal service. Thank you Andre, you have restored my faith in humanity.
