Joining the others below and noting the poor service over the past 6 months. Perhaps it is because Ken is not being involved but his son Ian is guilty of all of the complaints below. Work being requested without an estimate of prices? Yes! This includes offering tile cleaning and charging thousands for the work. Service days being skipped? Yes! Not good Service skip and make excuses on why they didn't or a reason they didn't finish on a regular basis. Like this the owner says sorry he skipped a couple weeks its all backed but there is a bunch of buckets he filled and would get it cleaned up in April. As you can see from the pictures its almost June still never did it. Not to mention Price Switching to overcharge and other weird tactics.
I have been with them a couple years now usually pretty good. In February they took out the filter said I need a new. Gave my property manager a quote of 1800. Then when back Pay the 1800 a couple weeks later. The new was price 2550. He said they qouted a filter that wasn't. Next qoute he said 2000. Then I called to pay 2000 and then it 2150 he said they didn't put tax. Then after they took the money for filter put it in. But refuse to fully clean afterwards saying it's gonna take extra to get it fully. Because they 3 weeks ... read more
