Rented one of these homes a few years ago. It was 6 months old and already falling apart. Terrible quality. All these new housing developments are projects, not suburbs. You are buying sub-par quality that will cost you big $$$ down the track. You are getting a Bunnings house. Everything comes from a big box of the same parts. The cheapest quality on market. Poor quality build of a house, continued issues back to back not even 6 months after purchase. Not to mention apparently you have to always park in your garage that can’t even fit two regular cars. And because the compliance of the driveways don’t suit the council’s requirements to park in your own driveway without being fined..unless you own a car measured at 1 meter?? Yet this is failed to be mentioned upon consult and purchase of the house. Absolute joke. Choose a company that build correctly.

We wanted to give a very special shout out to Ben of Kenfrost Homes in Cairns. When we first met Ben, he took the time to show us all the options that were available. He explained everything so well, and made us feel very at ease throughout the whole process.
