Company sucks. Very rude. My bathroom shower glass broke itself and when we tried to get kenfrost to replace it. They said we had no stock from anywhere. They got this glass from china and it was the wrong type of glass for Australian showers. Other glass workers said that this was put wrong when they had built this house and that we had to replace the entire shower. Rented one of these homes a few years ago. It was 6 months old and already falling apart. Terrible quality. All these new housing developments are projects, not suburbs. You are buying sub-par quality that will cost you big $$$ down the track. You are getting a Bunnings house. Everything comes from a big box of the same parts. The cheapest quality on market. If you buy a house from this company you are a fool. Then again, a fool is born every minute.
Poor quality build of a house, continued issues back to back not even 6 months after purchase. Not to mention apparently you have to always park in your garage that can’t even fit two regular cars. And because the compliance of the driveways don’t suit the council’s requirements to park in your own driveway without being fined..unless you own a car measured at 1 meter?? Yet this is failed to be mentioned upon consult and purchase of the house. Absolute joke. Choose a company that build correctly.
Tiny driveways that don’t allow a car to park legally. Bad builds, bad wait times. Bad company.
