Very disappointing. I specifically told on phone that I need a forced regen on my semi truck . These guys are scammers, shown up did nothing and charged me 750 dollars. When that guy “Brandon” shown up start making excuses , my laptop not charged , I have to update it , i figured out that he came to make money and waste my time. Seems that he had zero knowledge,And finally when he diagnosed , he said we need to tow and bring to our shop to fix it . I refused and paid him for the time he has wasted . Clint was great to work with as well as Brandon the mechanic knew exactly what he was doing and took great care of me! I had an airline break on the transmission and nobody had it in stock anywhere they actually had it made for me at a local shop and put on in no time flat they took care of me and they will be my absolute next phone call if anything happens in this area again on the road! Do not hesitate to call them!

Technician showed up super fast. He completed the repair in minutes in the pouring rain and was a hell of a nice guy. Great company, great technician. Very satisfied.

While on our way to Maine from home in Chicago, we experienced an issue with our electrical plug to our camper. While in an unknown area to us with our 4 kids, Kenfield quickly responded to our call, directed us to a location to park, and quickly fixed the issue. We are beyond grateful to them for their professionalism and above and beyond promptness in fixing our issue so we can get on to our vacation with our kids!
