Nice place!
Kenergy offered a program that allowed you to purchase a water heater for the life of living in your home. Had a bad water heater and called for a replacement. Kenergy at first did not remember the program, then told me they sold the program and gave me a phone number to call. The number given had no idea of this program. Bad enough to spend the Money to get into the program, but not to follow thru with it is not fair. Kenergy needs to stand behind what they offer.
Kenergy Internet customer service and tech support is absolutely trash and not helpful at all. I haven’t had good internet connection in almost a week can’t play game or anything and customer service/tech support are useless even after troubleshooting can’t give me a legit answer why and wanna play the run around because they don’t wanna deal with it. It's an office of a public corporation with public restrooms unavailable to customers who need to answer nature's call. Pretty poor customer centric service.
The worst energy company and the most expensive. Customer service are rude and ruthless. One day late and you power is off, service is the opposite get ready to wait in the dark. You will pay 50% more than omu. They suck. Theives and liars.
