Dr. Ugokwe went above and beyond to explain my pain situation! He was very knowledgeable and attentive to what I had to say! I'm very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism! 5 stars are not enough!!!
I was refused surgery after doing the physical therapy I was told I had to do in order for my insurance to pay for the surgery. Moderate to severe neural foraminal stenosis and marrow edema along with difficulty walking due to weakness in my legs and unrelenting pain wasn't sufficient enough to warrant surgery. Being told this before suffering through painful PT and being lead to believe I would have surgery would have been nice. Instead I was advised to see a neurologist again. Total waste of months of pain and inhumane.
Very professional. I'm grateful for the explanation of the procedure and the expected time frame for recovery. All of my questions were answered without delay.
