I am very happy with Dr. Ugokwe in the 2 times I have seen him. He went over my MRI and explained everything that is going on with my issues I've been having. Then went over everything that will be happening before, during and after my Chiari Malformation decompression surgery. My surgery will be in July ready for it, but also nervous. Thanks to him and the whole staff. I've never had a bad issue with anyone.
Dr Ugokwe is very professional. He listens when you are asking questions. He answers all your questions and tells whether he recommend something or not but he explains why you should or shouldn't do something. I would recommend him to who ever needs a great surgeon.

When I requested a second opinion from Dr. Ugokwe, a local doctor that came highly recommended and with rave reviews, I expected the same professionalism and concern I would get if I had consulted him first. Dr. Ugokwe barely made eye contact, spoke to me like he was reciting a canned speech about spine surgery and did an abbreviated physical exam barely touching my lower back and limbs.
