Only negative comment I have is that I kept getting texts that my car would be ready on a certain date that was wrong. I even got a text t that my car would be ready in 5 days after it was finished and I’d locked it up. They need to correct t this texting technology.
Work was well done But was disappointed to learn last Wednesday that the truck was not ready when promised and I was told on the phone that had only been a "computer estimate" when it would be ready. I had to come pick up the truck that day so I could go to work on Thursday and bring it back on Monday which was ok. But conversation that Wednesday I was told that your policy had always been that the vehicle would stay at your shop waiting parts unless paid for in advance . With the really bad experience, people be careful where you go to do not go to any of Kendrick locations too much discriminatio and lies lol!!!!!!
