Can’t say enough good things about KMI. We’ve been using them for our semi-annual maintenance and they are incredibly professional. The techs are top notch. Very friendly, respectful, and knowledgable. I recommend them to all of my neighbors and get great feedback on my recommendation every time they use them. I highly recommend KMI. Two thumbs up.

Wouldn’t recommend. Our ac unit was running fine all summer. They came late for an appointment and did around a three hour maintenance before the weekend, less then 24 hours our ac stopped working. They said there’s no way it could have been them and we’d have to tough it out over the weekend unless we wanted to pay for after hour fees. Person who worked there didn’t care at all on the phone and was rude. Avoid

KMI came out for our annual Heater Maintenance and they were amazing. They spent 3 hours here making sure everything was looked at along with measuring the temps in each room. I had a few questions and they were able to answer each and everyone of them. They even provided some suggestions which would help with my electricity bill. I truly appreciate their thoroughness.
