I have had KMI as my HVAC service for over a decade. In all the appointments, routine maintenance and special repairs, the technicians have been knowledgeable and friendly, professional in manner, and clear in communicating details and costs. The office staff are also great - cheerful, responsive, and pleasant to schedule with. I highly recommend KMI.
