The tech was very knowledgeable and fast with his troubleshooting skills. He had our system back up and running in no time. He took the time to also check the charge on the system and give tips for things we as homeowners could do to make the system run more efficiently. Great company, I recommend them for anyone needing AC repair or maintenance.
My husband contacted KMI today and within and hour they made time to come get our AC back up and running. We appreciate the attentiveness and getting our air going in these hot months.

Trevor came out looked at everything. His termination that I was loose n Freon ok we replaced the part that was bad. I had a few other problems with my units he was supposed to have put in the order to have it fix as well that never happened. We was also talking about maybe purchasing new mini splits in my house he was supposed too call are email me with prices he never did a month later I called to let them know that my ecobee was going off and on he said sounds like it’s clogged up why didn’t they fix it when they was here... read more
