KMI came out on a Holiday for us as our Heater had stopped working. Within an hour someone showed up ready to go. They were quick and efficient on diagnosing the issue and solving my issue. They were super polite and generous with their time as well taught me how to check and prevent this issue in the future. They are priced appropriately. This is no bargain bin company, they provide quality and top notch service! I will always use KMI for my AC/Furnace needs!

Kyle, our service rep., showed up on time and was extremely friendly and professional. We had been using another local company for the last 3 or 4 years and the thoroughness of the checks and inspections provided by KMI were far superior to our old company. I'm glad we made the change.
