Mike from Kendrick came out to our house today to service our A/C unit. We have been having problems with a few of our rooms being significantly warmer than the rest of the house. Mike was prompt, kind, honest, and extremely thorough. 3 other companies have not been able to help, but Mike diagnosed the problem and tonight all rooms feel cool and amazing for the first time in a long time. Fast, efficient, knowledgeable service. On time and courteous. Ask for Technician Nick, he was a rock star. Never belittled me regardless of how inane my questions or unhelpful my responses were. Kendrick Heat/Air will be my go to service provider from now on.
Opaque pricing. Up-selling from the back of the house to the attic. Nick, the tech who came over, was awesome and every time any financial and work decisions had to be made he would promptly return to the truck/van to confirm and communicate with the back office. Next time I will preform more due diligence. For 2 pounds of pink refrigerant + a sealant that might or might not work I forked $700 for about 75 minutes of work (about $10/min). Tz-tz-tz! Stay away from them!
