I never ever leave a review but today is a new beginning. This is the second time I've used Kendrick for my Heater issues. I thought the 1st time I meet the owner and was impressed. But the second time they came out for a service call was Mike Schmidt. Mike was above and beyond my expectations, Mike was Very professional and knowledgeable.
