Mike came out to estimate a mini-split system. He was on time and his professionalism and attention to detail and his very thorough estimate, and follow-up call to discuss checked all the boxes for me. Highly recommend this company

Kendrick replaced our three head mini split system and found that the original installer made many mistakes. Even though they ended up spending twice the amount of time on the install, they honored their bid and did not charge us a penny more. The crew was great - very knowledgeable, courteous, and super friendly. The owner even came to help out so that the job could be completed in one day, as promised. Mike was extremely professional and took his time trying to figure out and diagnose the issues we've been having. After having multiple companies out and not telling us what exactly was wrong. We finally gave up. The unit was brand new when we bought out house 9 years ago. And we haven't been able to get much use out of the unit. He explained in detail what needed to be done first. Before anything else. Parts were ordered and he will be out again soon to replace. Highly recommend.
