I just experienced the worst act of being denied healthcare ever in my life (first time being denied healthcare). I was extremely sick, unable to walk, let along drive, and dizzy with the chills. The front office told me I had a balance of 50 something dollars. OK no problem, I left my wallet trying to get there on time. Karen the front office staff told me that I couldn't get medical attention unless I pay. I was referred to this doctor by my sister and mother. WORST MISTAKE EVER!!! They take forever to call back with results, getting through to speak with someone is virtually impossible if you are not willing to stay on hold for longer than 5-10 minutes, and if you do leave a message for their nurses you will not get a call back in a timely manner. I can only hope that they are working out the kinks from their move and that their service will go revert back to what my family members once boasted about. One thing that I can say... read more
I am a patient of Ms. Ebonique Pillot who I absolutely love, she drills down to all my concerns and does not allow me to leave until she is confident we have covered all her and my concerns. Recently I had an ER visit and Ms. Pillot ensured that all my medical history was transferred to the ER physician to assist in my diagnoses and treatment. Thanks!
I had an excellent experience with my Doctor at Kendricks Family Practice. She was very attentive and answered all of my questions as well as explaining why... This was my very 1st visit and absolutely the best experience I've had with a doctor in a very long time. She even called me with my test results. This had not happened to me in more than12yrs. I believe I have found the one... Thanks for treating me like a human being and providing superior service.
