Absolutely horrible customer service , screwed up my first online order I had placed with affirm, affirm confirmed the approval and where waiting on Kendra Scott to process the order , nothing but crickets. When I finally got a hold of them they email since you can’t get anybody on the phone , the answer was “ sorry the order was never placed and it was canceled with affirm , wow just wow.
