As an ex employee please know this brand is a scam, particularly this location. The manager/district manager have run off all of their assistants in the past two years. It costs them maybe a couple dollars to make a necklace or piece that they sell for $85. It’s brass jewelry that lasts for a couple weeks at best. The fine jewelry is not good quality either, and my fine piece is broke. The whole company relies on their toxicity and the overworking of their low level employees to stay afloat. I have had my Kendra Scott necklace for 4 months and it had tarnished and the chain broke off I had went into the store ( btw the brands policy is if it’s younger than a year old they can fix it) and told them their first response was we can give you 15% off because we’ve had it for more than a month and than the lady had brought out this person I assume was the manger ( btw we had bought it on the Kendra Scott’s Amazon store it’s verified!) and then the manger lady said it’s a third party seller it’s not real ( btw we showe... read more

I had such a lovely experience at the CWE location of Kendra Scott recently. Of course, the jewelry was beautiful and the showroom sparkling, but the best part of the experience was the service! Alexander was so friendly. He spent considerable time to help me find unique pieces to complement my style and was a great partner to collaborate with on my neighborhood charity's silent auction donation.
