I always have a great experience at Kendra Scott in El Paso! It’s a beautiful store, and the girls are always so attentive, friendly, and helpful. They’re always willing to answer questions, help me find what I’m looking for, and make the shopping experience enjoyable. Great customer service every time I visit! Highly recommend this location!
Horrible experience going in this location I have had better service else where . The girls were very snobby and rude and starring me down and acting as if they were better than anyone else please do better with your employees

Today, my Uncle/GodFather passed away. My Mom and her dear friend wanted to obtain some beautiful jewelry to commemorate his life. My Mom adored her brother. Emery was the staff member that assisted us in finding just the right pieces. She was patient, kind, diligent, and many more adjectives that I could carry on with.
