Horrible service
I’ve been to this store on two separate occasions, and both times I was greeted by a welcoming smile from Tatiana. She took her time to explain the different collections and how the color bar works. She recommended a beautiful necklace for my mother’s birthday and not once did I feel pressured to buy like in other stores. I will definitely be coming back!
I love my necklace and pulcer, but they already have the color.
The store is absolutely beautiful. Customer service was amazing. I was helped by Tatiana and another floor manager I believe. Very kind and helpful. They were both very detailed about the different collections available. Tatiana had a lot of patience because I had a lot of questions!
Absolutely love the jewelry and I love the customer service and the environment. One of the girls name Tati was very attentive and sweet, she knew exactly what I wanted
