Thanks for the great customer service on Christmas Eve y’all! The hours posted showed that the location would be open til 4:30. My husband went to pick up an online ordered Christmas gift around 4:10 and they had locked the doors. They all stared at him when he attempted to open the doors. He and another gentlemen who had arrived for the same reason were not allowed. At the time I am writing this, they are still “open” but not answering the phone. Thanks again y’all! Usually have a pretty good experience at this location. Went in on 12/10 bought a few items- sale girls were fantastic.. went back for a few more Christmas gifts today 12/12- horrible experience. Different crew of staff- not one of them seemed to enjoy their job nor cared to be there. When asking a few questions about a sale. 2 out of 3 of the were stand off and treated me like I was dumb and unfriendly. I ended up leaving after the encounter & purchased items online through them. Oh goodness, where do I start? My daughter and I were just hanging out, paying tribute to her best friend she lost three years ago, on Sept 11. Danielle and Kim were both so extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. They helped me and my daughter pick out just the right stones and metal that worked best. They were so patient and kind and made us feel like a million bucks. Plus they both look great in silver!

I left this establishment in tears…for all the right reasons!!! I went into this location, sweaty, disorganized with my pup in hand, and was immediately welcomed very warmly by a lovely blonde woman. (who I did not get her name!!). We chatted about my dog but then I asked for her help in finding a bracelet that could hold a charm very important to me.
