The jewerly that I ordered online for in store pickup was perfect. Exactly what I was wanting. My rating is for the store itself, and the woman working behind the counter. When I arrived in the store, I was greeted by this woman, and then I started looking around because the woman, and the other worker were helping other customers. Thanks for the great customer service on Christmas Eve y’all! The hours posted showed that the location would be open til 4:30. My husband went to pick up an online ordered Christmas gift around 4:10 and they had locked the doors. They all stared at him when he attempted to open the doors. Usually have a pretty good experience at this location. Went in on 12/10 bought a few items- sale girls were fantastic.. went back for a few more Christmas gifts today 12/12- horrible experience. Different crew of staff- not one of them seemed to enjoy their job nor cared to be there. When asking a few questions about a sale. 2 out of 3 of the were stand off and treated me like I was dumb and unfriendly. I ended up leaving after the encounter & purchased items online through them.
