I received this ring as a Christmas gift, and unfortunately the quality has been extremely disappointing. After only two days of wear, the ring tarnished. I went back to the store to request a replacement and was told the issue was due to the pH of my skin rather than a defect in the product. After about 30 minutes of discussion, they agreed to replace it. I received the replacement last week, and shockingly, it tarnished again in less than two hours of wear. Analise and the staff at Waterside Shops are so helpful. I've always been a fan of Kendra Scott jewelry and the fact that they give back through "shop for a cause" events for local non-profits reinforces my affinity for Kendra Scott. Keep up the great work!

I didn’t end up getting anything YET but I wanted to say, today (7/29) the ladies who worked there was so helpful. I brought my baby and right away they saw I was struggling with my stroller. My baby is teething and had a big melt down! I’ve never experienced him having a melt down like that in public but they could see I was struggling even more! I went in there to see if they would fix my daughter's necklace it was broken it was a Christmas gift wow was I impressed with the customer service she just looked up my account and gave me a brand new necklace and she also showed me a few items and I purchased the folds of armor metal and she inscribed it right there she was so patient she wasn't pushy p I would definitely recommend the store Janine was very helpful 10 made me feel very comfortable Beth and Chantel we're both friendly and professional.
