I had such a great experience at Kendra Scott! One of my favorite necklaces had a broken clasp, and the team went above and beyond to help me with it. Every single worker was amazing and genuinely caring, making sure I was taken care of. The store manager was especially helpful and kind, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Their customer service is top-notch, they value their customers!
We have been shopping at this location for years and today will be our last. I went into the store today to purchase something and I was treated very poorly….a few of the workers can be very rude and condescending. Instead of welcoming people that frequently purchase at the store with “welcome back” they have negatively asserted comments and overall demeanors that truly make a guest feel unwelcome and a bother. We will now be driving to Sarasota or shopping online for purchases. If I could post zero stars I would.
I had such a good experience today! I’m not sure what girls were working but they both were young and had light eyes. I brought in my 5 month old son and they were just so sweet and attentive. I was going in for NOTHING and left with 3 things haha. As a former small boutique owner, they were golden. Sad to see such bad reviews as I know how damaging that can be to businesses. Anyways, loved my experience + such a gorgeous store! 10/10 recommend.
