The store apparent profiles people depending on how they dress. This happened a few weeks ago and again today. Completely ignored when I walked in. Not even a welcome in. I’d rather drive further away and go to the Town Center store than ever come back here.
Worked with the best sales associate, Isa, while getting a Mother’s Day gift. It was very busy but she still took the time to help, answer all my questions, and was so patient!
Nice stuff. I take my wife here for her birthday every year but they never have something truly different. Just the same product with a different set of colors every year.

I had a wonderful experience at Kendra Scott. Stacy was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive throughout my visit. She went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we were looking for and made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. Her customer service was outstanding, and she made us feel very welcome the entire time. I truly appreciate her help and would definitely come back again because of her!
