Absolutely the worst Kendra Scott location I’ve ever been to. There was a very tall Caucasian woman who was blatantly racist. She greeted everyone around me but completely ignored me and never once asked if I needed help. The other associates appeared busy but didn’t acknowledge me or offer assistance either. I had to approach and politely ask for help, saying, “Can you assist me when you’re done?” I have never felt so disrespected in an any Kendra Scott store! Date: 8/2/2025
Uncomfortable shopping experience- I noticed a woman following me around. I was shocked because I've never experienced this before but reading other reviews, I see I'm not the only one. Disappointing.

Nice clean facility but did not make a purchase due to the blatant profiling from employees. Did not get asked a single time if I wanted to make a purchase but one employee made sure to stand next to the door when my family and I browsed next to it, along with stocking the displays in the areas only we were in.
Very bad customer service I felt discrimination for being Latina for a long time they left me waiting and I already had everything ready to buy the saleswoman went to the back to talk to her partner and she did not finish attending us we asked for something and I said that there was not in stock and then we searched online and if there were the real pieces that they should choose their staff better because one is going to buy not to order and therefore we should have a good deal
