I want to thank Rebecca for assisting me, I was in a bit of a rush and I was coming in for a specific item. As soon as I entered the door she knew I was needing assistance and asked me how she could help. She immediately went to go grab the item have me look at it and bagged it up and I was on my way! Throughout the transaction she was super polite and we had a bit of small talk about Disney and Angel numbers. Very sweet lady! Thank you Rebecca! You are amazing!

I had a terrible experience at the Kendra Scott store in La Centerra - Cinco Ranch. The manager, a middle-aged man with a dark complexion, was extremely rude, dismissive, and showed no concern for customer service. The sales associate who handled my case was just as unhelpful and condescending. I came to the store to address an issue with a necklace I had purchased as a Christmas gift. My daughter received jewelry for her birthday and Christmas. 3 items. All the clasps broke within a couple weeks of having them. They won’t replace them without proof of purchase. First, I didn’t purchase them so we don’t have a receipt. Second, I’m not asking for money—she wants it replaced or fixed. They refused. And they had them all in stock. KS, yall should stand behind your product. Time to shop somewhere else!

Google says yall close at 7 I got to the store at 6 and they tell me they are closed and refused to open the door . I went accross the street to pandora due to poor service at this location.
