Ramsha and the team at Kendra Scott LaCenterra were incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. From the moment I walked into the store, Ramsha greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel so welcome. Another team member even offered me champagne, which was such a thoughtful touch! Beautiful place to shop and their staff are very helpful and friendly! One of her Staff Neetika bhalla helped me to shop and gave me knowledge about their jewelry i would definitely go again to shop.

Never have I walked into a store and felt racially profiled until today. I was ignored while others who entered after me were greeted and assisted immediately. At first, I tried to give the benefit of the doubt, assuming they were just busy, because this is not something I’ve ever experienced before. However, after reading the reviews, I realized I wasn’t the only one who felt this way. I truly hope changes are made at this location.
