Never have I walked into a store and felt racially profiled until today. I was ignored while others who entered after me were greeted and assisted immediately. At first, I tried to give the benefit of the doubt, assuming they were just busy, because this is not something I’ve ever experienced before. However, after reading the reviews, I realized I wasn’t the only one who felt this way. I truly hope changes are made at this location.
Every time I’ve gone in, the staff has always been lovely. Very friendly. My 9yo daughter somehow broke an earring- don’t ask me how. I didn’t see a return policy regarding color bar breaks, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. They replaced it! Super easy due to emailed receipts. My daughter is so excited to return for her birthday discount.
i went in the other day and Isa was so nice and helped me around and she helped me find exactly what i was looking for!! definitely recommend this location☺️
