I visited Kendra Scott for the first time this weekend. I’ve been thinking about starting a ring collection for a while now, but I’m new to rings and I felt like they always looked weird on my fingers. When I came this weekend, I ended up asking Elizabeth for help and she was SO sweet. I went in on a whim to get my watch tightened and was met by an eager Elizabeth that was ready to jump in. Elizabeth went above and beyond with her customer service and provided an exceptional customer experience.
