This is a customer service company that sells jewelry. I cannot get over how well they treat every person who walks in the door. The staff at this location are extremely welcoming and patient. I highly recommend a visit for your gifting needs!

I’m extremely indecisive and all the workers there are so kind and patient! My favorite was the women wearing the bunny Kendra Scott Necklace. She was helping me with all the different style necklaces I wanted to see. I came in to see the cloud necklace in gold and she was able to find it! She was amazing and deserves a raise. This is the first Kendra scott purchase I made and I let her know I would be back for my fiancés birthday for another one!

My teen daughter entered a contest at this Kendra Scott. She received an email that she won. I was worried it was a scam. We stopped in and chatted with them and they assured it was not. She was super excited. I followed up with two emails and nothing. I don’t know if they did not like the fact that she was a teen or what. If that is the case the contest should not have been open for teens to enter.

I can’t say enough about the staff here! Paige and Sydney were AMAZING to work with! Not only did they make sure I purchased the exact pieces I wanted they went above and beyond to help get them shipped to me! Thank you ladies for making my experience great!
