A friend of mine won their ‘Color Bar Party’ event and we had the pleasure of having Olivia be the one helping out with our jewelry. It is not often you meet someone in customer service who can be genuine, but she was from the very beginning! She was so easy and enjoyable to talk to, as well as knowledgeable about everything in the store. I couldn’t rave about her enough!!

I was in search of a necklace that was sold out online and in stores near me. Elizabeth from the Greensboro location went above and beyond expectations to fulfill my order, which is on its way. She took the time to call and confirm that the item was available at another location, making it possible for me to purchase it! She followed through by calling me back and was beyond pleasant and quite simply amazing! The service was beyond my expectation! Bravo!! If only this kind of service were not so hard to find.

I had a great experience today at Kendra Scott! It was my birthday and so I came to redeem my birthday discounts. Noelle helped me today and was absolutely amazing! She was so welcoming and kind- she deserves a shout out! I’m pleased with my experience and plan to go back soon!

The customer service at this store is top notch. They take care of each individual customer until they have the piece/pieces they want. I never feel rushed or feel like any question is stupid. I will only shop at this location.
