I went to Kendra Scott on my birthday and had the best experience one can have starting with their employees Lee and Clinton, who is the store manager but was also around making sure everyone was well taking care of. They greeted me at the entrance with a smile and immediately started showing me around offering me advice and explaining the different offers they had. Amazing experience. First time shopping in a Kendra Scott store joined by my 11 year old daughter. The associates were friendly and courteous while we browsed. Sabrina was top-notch and took great care of finding the perfect necklace for my daughter. She helped her personalize it and was extremely patient. This was a great shopping experience and anyone blessed with having Sabrina help you will leave with the perfect item or items ;).

I needed to replace a lost necklace and earrings today and the two associates who helped me were truly amazing. They looked up my previous order and found the exact pieces I needed. Every time I have been in this location, I am greeted with a smile and exceptional service. They turned my daughter’s tears to a smile today. Thank you for saving my day ladies.

They advertise like the jewelry does not tarnish, but it does, and it usually tarnishes after the warranty of one year is up. They should really give the warranty for life.
