Came in on Black Friday. The item I wanted did not have a sign listed for the price. The first associate had no idea and had to go get someone else, this associate quoted me $95 and there was a sale sign for 25% off. They brought me the items which were TINY earrings and told me to hold them. I stood in a line for at least 20 min. When I got up to the register she told me a different price. If I could give a zero, I would. One necklace tarnished out of many that my daughter has and they would not replace it. Hasn’t even been a year. They said she can buy another one at 30% off, why would we purchase another to waste our money. Such a disappointment! No more KS for us. Gorjana has yet to tarnish.
