I had a complicated return as I did not have a receipt for an online order, but Jenny at the counter made it soo simple and easy. Then I was helped at the color bar by (I believe her name was) Ashley who helped me pick out the cutest new earrings. Both employees went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and had an amazing experience. I love coming here!
Came in on Black Friday. The item I wanted did not have a sign listed for the price. The first associate had no idea and had to go get someone else, this associate quoted me $95 and there was a sale sign for 25% off.
