I broke my chain and I took it back to the store when I entered the atmosphere was so warm and the service I received was beyond great
In general, the customer service was very friendly and helpful when choosing an item. However, three stars because, as I was shopping for a gift for my daughter and wasn't sure if she'd like it or not, I wanted to make sure that she could return the item and was told that I absolutely can and that it wouldn't be an issue. No one mentioned that purchases could only be returned for store credit. I prefer to shop at a place where people are openly and honestly informed of the return policies.
I had such a great experience at the Kendra Scott store at Plaza Frontenac, thanks especially to Sydney. I received a beautiful watch for Christmas and stopped in to have it fitted. During the adjustment, the time adjuster piece came out, and Sydney immediately replaced it with a brand-new watch. When we realized the replacement had a bad battery, she went above and beyond by ordering another watch to be shipped directly to my home and even comped the 2-day shipping so I could still have it for Christmas. I went in today to use my birthday deals to find jewelry for my sister’s wedding, and the two young ladies who helped me were so nice! I ended up super splurging because I was enjoying picking out some pieces with them, but I have no regrets! I’m so excited to have some timeless pieces that I’ll always remember I wore to my sister’s wedding. Thank you!
Today I visited the Kendra Scott store in Frontenac, was quoted by the lovely young lady. She stated the necklace attached to the charm of a half moon was $140.00 less 25%. She read the tag attached to the jewelry. Then the mean quite older women said that was for the chain. And the half moon pendant was $1075. She looked that up on the computer since the only price tag of all the necklace. I asked her why there was only one price tag on this piece of jewelry and she responded with I don’t know.
