Very disappointed my husband got me a pair of earrings like 250.00 a pair. I went to put them on and the back was way to big for the stem. So I went in to show them and you will not believe this... "It will cost 16.99 for a back " I said they just bought them . She said well somebody has to pay for it! Really I am so upset. I paid for it to get 2 but I only needed one. Question sales associate Who pays your pay check. There are lots of places to spend my money... Just so you know.
Maybe they felt like I was trying to shoplift or maybe they are being forced by management to be super friendly and chatty, but 3 or 4 of the people working there gave me random forced compliments (on my chipped nail polish, my plain handbag bag, etc) and asked me weird questions while I was trying to look around. "So what's the plan for the rest of the day???" IDK Becky I'm trying to look at the jewelry, can you back off?" It was creepy and we left without buying what I came for.
I am writing to express my disappointment and concern following a recent visit to your Germantown, TN location. From the moment I entered the store, I felt uncomfortable due to the number of questions I was asked about my visit. I explained that I was a returning customer and even showed a bracelet I had previously purchased, asking to find something similar. The employees were so friendly they helped my sister and me make matching bracelets for our birthdays! It was a fantastic experience!
