I visited the Kendra Scott store today with my friend because I was looking for a birthday gift for my mom, and the experience was incredibly uncomfortable from the moment we walked in. My friend and I went to the Kendra Scott store today to look for a birthday gift for her mom, and we ended up leaving feeling completely uncomfortable and honestly pretty upset. Very disappointed my husband got me a pair of earrings like 250.00 a pair. I went to put them on and the back was way to big for the stem. So I went in to show them and you will not believe this... "It will cost 16.99 for a back " I said they just bought them . She said well somebody has to pay for it! Really I am so upset. I paid for it to get 2 but I only needed one. Question sales associate Who pays your pay check. There are lots of places to spend my money... Just so you know.
