We recently walked into Kendra Scott after my daughter was notified that she had won a raffle experience. She was so excited, she drove all the way from Phoenix and invited myself and two others to join her. Unfortunately, one of the guests couldn’t make it, but we explained that upon arrival. This is a beautiful store and we had a great experience with the lovely girl who was working today when we dropped in on a whim. I had not been into a Kendra Scott store before, but I love her entrepreneurial story, and my daughter loves everything they design. I was excited to see their line of fine jewelry which gave me some ideas for future purchases. I look forward to returning soon!
Keep your over priced Claire's jewelry! I went back because an earring wouldn't clasp anymore and because it had been over 30 days they wouldn't replace it. The "gold" starts wearing off instantly...
Went in today and had great customer service, as always. Lauren and Karla were so helpful to my daughter on her birthday and even snuck in a hand written note!
