Excellent customer service. I had a lot of questions on sales and discounts and they went out of their way to get me all of the answers. In the end, bought a necklace and ear rings for my wife and a necklace for my daughter. Great job!
Beautiful jewelry, you can find something for yourself and something for someone as a gift. Very helpful and knowledgeable sales people is a plus. Beautiful location and selection.
Came a couple months ago to get matching bracelets with my girlfriend. Later realized that the gem fell out. When we went back to get it fixed, the store manager (Tennece) explained to us that we were given the wrong gems, and was very sincere and apologetic. She was able to help us out. 10/10 being honest goes a long way and Tennece was very honest and kind!
I placed an order maybe an hour before the store opened with hopes it’d be ready and I could pick it up. I waited for the confirmation email, and when I realized it might take awhile I went into the store instead. They’d just opened but went right ahead and filled the order for me anyway. I was in and out in 10 mins. The two young ladies working there were super courteous and even gave me extra gift boxes for each item which made for a great Mother’s Day presentation.
