Alissa and Leah were absolutely wonderful. They met me with genuine kindness and provided such thoughtful, attentive service. They never made me feel rushed and truly took their time to help me. I’m so grateful for the care and warmth they showed.
I recently attempted to make a return at Kendra Scott, which is unusual for me, as I’m typically very happy with my purchases. I returned the item promptly and had my receipt, yet I was told that the only option was to receive a store credit gift card rather than a refund to my original form of payment. I went in asking about a ring I purchased during my bday month this past summer. I rarely wear it and it looks awful. I asked the first employee about it and she was so rude. First she said… it’s a ring, it’s gonna get dinged. Then followed up by asking what was I to expect. Totally took me aback.
