Excellent customer service .
My son (aka known as a dog to some humans) has gotten several pieces of jewelry from this location. The ladies are always friendly and give my son all the pets when we go in. We love this store and can’t wait to go back for another piece! Hoping they have treats behind the counter next time. 🪩

She greeted me with a smile, acknowledged me as I opened the door and began helping me as I walked in. I have NEVER been so upset in my life than I was when I just visited the College Station, Tx store. I have spent SO MUCH money on Kendra Scott in the past on myself, my daughter, and other family members, it's ridiculous. So, I go in there today with a VERY tarnished chain with a diamond cross on it that my husband gave me for Mother's Day in 2024, wanting to get it replaced.
