I recently attempted to make a return at Kendra Scott, which is unusual for me, as I’m typically very happy with my purchases. I returned the item promptly and had my receipt, yet I was told that the only option was to receive a store credit gift card rather than a refund to my original form of payment. I was very disappointed to learn that this is Kendra Scott’s return policy. I went in asking about a ring I purchased during my bday month this past summer. I rarely wear it and it looks awful. I asked the first employee about it and she was so rude. First she said… it’s a ring, it’s gonna get dinged. Then followed up by asking what was I to expect. Totally took me aback.
