I had an excellent experience at Kendra Scott in College Station, TX. I stopped by to ask if they could fix my bracelet, and Tessa provided exceptional service. She was kind, welcoming, and very helpful. Even though I didn’t buy anything, she took the time to assist me and made me feel valued. Her outstanding customer service made a lasting impression. I highly recommend visiting this store!
I’m posting with my husband’s account since it’s already logged in, but I had a wonderful experience at this store today! They were able to replace my necklace fully since it had broken recently and I was devastated as this is my favorite necklace. Appreciate them so much!! -Madison Moczygemba
Bought a necklace without being properly informed of the return policy. Brought it back unworn within 30 days and only got a gift card in return. 0/5 stars. Genuine rip off.
Return policies need to be considered for customers who don’t live near a store location!
