Unfortunately was terribly profiled at this store. Employee did not even show me the jewelry I asked to see and instead immediately assumed I could not afford it and tried to show me “more affordable” options. I have had nothing but positive experiences at other Kendra Scott locations, but there definitely needs to be some serious training done at this location. I went to Disney Springs tonight and I decided to do the color bar at Kendra Scott and this lady called Karis came out and she was the nicest person I’ve ever spoken to in my life so intensely nice like she kept on carrying onto my conversation she just wanted to chat. I loved her. She was probably the highlight of my night.
me and my friends decided to get a new necklace at Kendra Scott in Disney Springs. We were deciding what to get when a girl called. Karis came over and helped us with our stuff. She was so sweet and kind and helpful and carried on our conversation and just made our experience so lovely.
JOY, BEAUTRICE & SABRINA at Disney springs location amazing !! Wonderful !! Those girls deserve their own store . I’d hire them!
Eliz was amazing!! She helped my niece find the PERFECT necklace not once but twice. So accommodating. The whole team was helpful and went above and beyond. My niece loves her amethyst and silver necklace.
