Eliz was amazing!! She helped my niece find the PERFECT necklace not once but twice. So accommodating. The whole team was helpful and went above and beyond. My niece loves her amethyst and silver necklace.

Horrible store! Everyone acts like they are above the rest! This woman named Dawn helped us out when we came in and she had no customer service etiquette! Very rude and was just looking to pass us off to the next worker.
This is the second time I have visited this location and both times the staff were rude and unhelpful. I was visiting the store this past weekend and as soon as I walked in the greeter told us about the special that was running. I said thank you and that was the end of our conversation. The best Kendra Scott experience ever!! So, I live in Houston, TX and I love Kendra Scott pieces but the employees not so much( in Pearland anyway). My experience today reshaped my view on the experience. First and foremost every single employee was super warm and friendly!! Second, all the ladies are FREAKING GORGEOUS!!!
