My experience at the Kendra Scott in Disney Springs was unacceptable. My daughter and I felt judged and unwelcome the entire time we were in the store. The treatment we received felt like profiling, and it made what should have been a nice outing really uncomfortable. This kind of behavior should not be happening anywhere. Rude staff, did not seem friendly or helpful. They need better customer service.
As a tourist visiting for the first time, I decided to step into Kendra Scott out of curiosity and I'm so glad I did! Laura made my experience absolutely wonderful. It was my first time ever visiting the store, and she took the time to help me find a ring and necklace for my girlfriend She was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and patient, making me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. My Daughter made a Disney necklace here and about 2 weeks after we got back to Ohio the gem fell out. I called the store and they made her another one and shipped it to us. Thank you guys for being awesome.
