I’ve purchased from my local Kendra Scott store, many times and always had a pleasant experience with kind and helping staff. I was shopping last minute and purchased a gift for my daughter. Received the email that my pickup was ready and I arrived shortly after at the KS store. I got in line and there were 3 young ladies.
