Went in today with my bff for our yearly birthday month tradition. Her three kids were with us & her daughter gets to start her tradition in a few months so she had ALL the questions. Brandy was soooooo great. She answered all her questions & showed different options for her future purchase. She was soooooo great, kind & patient. Very slow to support waiting customers and helped others before finishing helping myself and my daughter. There were only 3 customers in the store and 2 people working. Took over 45 min to get one color bar necklace made and purchase charms and another necklace. I have had better service when the store is busy. They couldn't figure out prices, basic product information etc...

I came in this morning hoping to get some assistance with a broken clasp on my necklace. While I understand that there is no in-store repair and they didn’t have any replacements for my necklace, I felt as if I was immediately dismissed by the employee working the counter. She said “we can’t help you” before I could even finish explaining my issue.
