Everyone was very nice and they replaced my bracelet when I brought in my broken one.
We had so much fun at our color bar party today! Our girls loved designing their own pieces and everyone got something unique that they love. Thanks to all of the staff for hosting us and for being so attentive!
Deja went above and beyond to make my shopping experience positive. I brought my squirrelly toddler and was provided a coloring sheet/stickers to keep her busy as I tried on bracelets. Deja was patient and informative with my indecisions on jewelry selection as well!
Teresa is amazing! She has helped me so many times at the Leawood location. She always has the best advice and is so very helpful and friendly, every single time. Love her energy!
Love Kendra and the main manager was very sweet there was a girl named Alison I believe had horrible customer service skills and had no knowledge of anything. I was really excited to get a new piece of jewelry and totally ruined the whole experience. I was trying to ask questions and I felt stupid. 5 star for the store and the manager the only thing that threw it off was my experience with Alison.
