Took my daughter here to start the tradition of getting a piece of jewelry for her birthday every year. The color bar is so fun and everyone was super nice!
I have shopped here on several occasions and I just never feel welcomed. I’ve had a couple of good experiences , but the remaining ones have been mediocre, at best. The service is not great.
I have several pieces from KS, but seems the quality is not what it used to be. I took a necklace in that the chain keeper on the adjustable chain had come off to see if they could fix it. They said there was nothing they could do and suggested I go to Hobby Lobby to figure out something on my own. Pretty disappointing and not inspiring future purchases.
