I brought my grand daughter in on her 14th birthday to pick out her gift, not one person said happy birthday to her. Very poor customer service- 1st lady did ok but then deserted us, 2nd lady started putting stuff up as we were looking at it and when I spoke up she was very rude!!!!! She made comments that were inappropriate and basically argued and rolled her eyes. I went into Kendra Scott today to return a necklace I got as a gift. The lady was extremely rude and unhelpful, then at the color bar I waited for ten minutes and was ignored until I brought someone over. At the checkout they did not know the pricing of things and the communication between the employees was awful. We were given three different prices for one item. I had the best experience with my Color Bar Party. The staff was so accommodating and understanding for my friends that arrived late due to traffic. I don’t remember all of their names but each staff member acknowledged us and made sure we were okay multiple times. They asked us questions and made sure we were taken care of, but also gave us space to spend time with each other. All of my friends walked out with something that they love and I’m sure we will be back in the future. I’m so grateful for this experience !
