Truly the absolute best experience I have had at ANY Kendra Scott store, with the most kind and friendly people. If I could rate 10 stars I would. These women were so caring, thorough, kind, funny, and created the most amazing atmosphere for my friend and I. Will absolutely be back!!! They went above and beyond during our visit to ensure we had the best time and the greatest service. Thank you so much ladies!!

Employees were super sweet. My friend and I came in for a custom bracelet. They were very helpful and helped us personalize our bracelets.

Elena was incredibly rude when trying to replace a bracelet that broke in two places within a month of purchase. She made side comments, and was extremely unprofessional attempting to refuse to replace the NEWLY bought bracelet. Will never be supporting this corporation again, which is obviously extremely greedy despite being worth a billion dollars. The bracelet was rhodium, yet cost EIGHTY dollars.
