Mom was trying to buy me and my sister a birthday present . The lady made my mom go home then bring us to the store instead of letting my mom make an account. And then proceeded to say what the exact gift was in-front of us after we drove all the way there just to make an account.
I went to the Kendra Scott store in DeerPark today to buy a necklace for myself. I selected one, went to the counter to pay for it and as the girl was ringing up the item I tapped my credit card and then I quickly asked her what the return policy was. She told me I could only get store credit if I returned it. I immediately said I don’t want to buy it because of the return policy. The clerk told me it was too late. Truly the absolute best experience I have had at ANY Kendra Scott store, with the most kind and friendly people. If I could rate 10 stars I would. These women were so caring, thorough, kind, funny, and created the most amazing atmosphere for my friend and I. Will absolutely be back!!! They went above and beyond during our visit to ensure we had the best time and the greatest service. Thank you so much ladies!!
Employees were super sweet. My friend and I came in for a custom bracelet. They were very helpful and helped us personalize our bracelets.
