Cute jewelry at a reasonable price. If you sign up for the rewards program they give you a discount during your birthday month which is nice too. Also in a good location within Oxmoor Mall. Everyone that works there seems to be very friendly and helpful.

We just went into this store to exchange a necklace that we had for 3 months only and has totally turned (which customer service told us to do when we called yesterday) and the girl helping wasn’t only rude about it but BLAMED US for the turning. Told my daughter that it was her fault that it turned b/c she didn’t take care of it like she was supposed to. Didn’t ask any questions, just refused to exchange it! Guess we will be calling customer service back… disappointing and not good customer service at all!

Sandra at the Oxmoor location is the sweetest! She was super helpful and kind with helping me fix a piece of jewelry that had broken after I had purchased it. Very kind!!!

Store was in good condition, staff was courteous and helpful. The inventory seemed to be low but that may be normal so close to Christmas.
