Everyone was amazing and super helpful
Nice shop.
The women working here were extremely rude and passive aggressive. The lady checking me out was pressuring me for my id when I was trying to use my birthday discount, I told her I didn’t have my Id but I have my account login and showed it to her and she still refused to give it to me. This was a trip for me and my friends because all of our birthdays are in February, they did not have this problem. The color bar women were nice except one of them would roll her eyes at me when I couldn’t decide what stone I wanted.
Two women working, one was friendly the other seemed like she had zero interest in helping me. Bad customer service, the other employee kept chiming in to help her. It was a simple exchange and felt like I was a burden.
Great customer service! Love the new options.
