Kristen is AMAZING!!!! I recently received a damaged item through no fault of the store, and Kristen reached out hoping to resolve the issue. she went above and beyond to make things right. She was she incredibly kind, understanding, and took full initiative to replace the item!!! She showed a level of empathy, and care that you don’t see often these days. Kristen deserves the world!!!!!
