Hands down one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had in a while! The staff was so friendly and Alexandra was helpful! They definitely know how to make you feel special on your birthday!
Went in to get a gift for my daughter for her 16th Birthday. Walked around looking for about 10 minutes waiting for someone to ask if I needed help. There was what looked to be only one person on the main floor and there was 3 others giggling in the back watching something on a phone. My suggestion is if you're going to be playing around while you should be helping customers close the door and turn the volume down. Went to James Avery instead.
