I recently visited the store with my daughter and husband. My daughter owns multiple Kendra Scott pieces and we were excited to pick up a few more for her. There were two employees present that day.The first said hi and provided space for us to browse. The second employee was rude. My friend and I went in to just browse yesterday, we met Sophia and we ended up buying rings for ourselves at the color bar! She was so sweet and personable, I will be back to see her soon!
