Worst customer service ever until I brought out my wallet. I'm not sure if it's a race thing at this location or what, but I walked in with my daughter looking better than the other customers and we weren't acknowledged. I'm sure I make way more money than over half of the people coming in, but because of my race, I was ignored. Seriously made the women step back when I pointed to several things for them to wrap up. I was heartbroken to find my necklace broken after traveling Spain with it on every day of my trip. I accidentally snagged it on my grandson's car seat. Walking in to this store was such a pleasant experience as I was anxious the necklace was beyond repair. The staff was accommodating, helpful, and knowledgeable. I would like to extend a heartfelt THANK YOU to my new best friend, Shelbee, who fixed it! I will be shopping here for special occasions in the near future.
