I lucked out and got the A team today! Kolbe, Andrea and Connor were the sweetest associates. They helped me decide on jewelry for my wedding events and even gave me a beautiful pearl pendant necklace as a gift. I love Kendra Scott jewelry and this just made me appreciate it even more.
Heather and Conner saved the day! My daughter’s bracelet broke and the store was happy to replace but the stone was discontinued. The existing stone was difficult to remove but Heather finally got it! Thanks so much!
Came in to pick up my order at Kendra Scott and had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the pickup process was quick and smooth. The store was beautifully organized, and the overall service was excellent. Definitely a pleasant experience—I’ll be back!
