Came in to pick up my order at Kendra Scott and had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the pickup process was quick and smooth. The store was beautifully organized, and the overall service was excellent. Definitely a pleasant experience—I’ll be back!

What a day discrimination all around as soon is you come in if your a color person they dont greet you the way they greet other people… they judge you for your color.. your language i been coming for years here but yesterday was it the young girls treat you like your criminals chasing you around the store with out saying if i need help … im not coming back and im making sure everybody knows not to come here to spend your money.
Came here looking to make a purchase of over $500 for a gift (12.27.25) but the minute I walked in I wasn’t acknowledged and instead looked at like I didn’t belong. Not a single person came up to me, I was being followed around the store the entire time, and when I received back an item that I asked to get cleaned the employee told me she lost a back piece and could do nothing about it.
