Came in the store tonight with an urgent need for a gift. The staff was outstanding and help me figure out the gift and we’re so patient as I tried to decide between several great options. Could not have imagined a better experience.
The people here are so welcoming and kind. I came in to get a bracelet fixed and the sweetest girl Connor helped me. She was so happy to help and talking to her was like talking to a friend. Made me feel so much better about the whole process! If you need help with anything definitely come to this Kendra!
I have shopped at this store for years and never been treated the way my daughter and I were today. We came in with a broken necklace that was a gift , to see what could be done . Marybeth, sales associate was rude and honestly never made eye contact , like had her eyes closed most of the conversation. There wasn’t much that could be done which was fine because they don’t sale the necklace any longer and she could offer 25% off a new item which was fine.
