Store associates are friendly and greets. They were busy but the acknowledge my presence that they get back to me. I have a good time at the color bar, the associate suggests some color to help me customize my silver necklace. And the other helped me get the ring I wanted. However, the parking nearby is pretty limited. I got lucky to have a lot in front of the store.
Odelia and evelyn was the best service ever !!!They went out there way and I pray they gave a raise it’s hard to find women like this !!!
So I just went into the store today was never greeted by anyone. I was able to walk around the store multiple times before someone asked if I had any questions….. however for context I was there long enough to know an associate was running late, another associate needed to run to target once they late employee arrived ….. and was there to see them actually get there get settled come back out to the floor and ask if I needed anything after she saw the disgruntled look on my face …..honestly I’ve never felt more over looked in... read more
Such an amazing experience! <3 Definitely will be coming back I love that it was a plaza and not inside a mall! Parking was horrible and scary tight but I felt safe with cops around us and the store being right in front amazing customer service from the moment I walked in I was greeted by both employees they were cleaning up and dusting away the products! Even asked me if I wanted to try on (which I didn’t but first time ever hearing it) everything was so nice and clean and smelled amazing! Mirrors everywhere for you to see ... read more
