Extremely poor service. I arrived at opening and they were doing a photo shoot so the saleswoman asked me to wait outsides a few minutes and locked the door which was fine. Another customer came up after me and was waiting also. We were finally let and the clerk proceeded to wait on the other person and left me standing there. This is not the first time I have received poor service in a Kendra Scott store, will never go back. Train your people!🤬

what an absolute delight walking into Kendra Scott. The staff here have clearly mastered the art of customer service—if by customer service you mean being rude, clueless, and following you around like you’re about to pocket a $50 earring. Nothing says “welcome” quite like being stalked through the store with side-eye that’s giving more than a hint of racism.

We were in the Highland Village store today and had such a great experience. All of the women working there were so lovely and helpful. They offered us drinks, design assistance, and couldn't have been friendlier. The store itself is so beautiful and peaceful-all around an awesome shopping trip!
