So I just went into the store today was never greeted by anyone. I was able to walk around the store multiple times before someone asked if I had any questions….. however for context I was there long enough to know an associate was running late, another associate needed to run to target once they late employee arrived ….. and was there to see them actually get there get settled come back out to the floor and ask if I needed anything after she saw the disgruntled look on my face …..honestly I’ve never felt more over looked in... read more

Such an amazing experience! <3 Definitely will be coming back I love that it was a plaza and not inside a mall! Parking was horrible and scary tight but I felt safe with cops around us and the store being right in front amazing customer service from the moment I walked in I was greeted by both employees they were cleaning up and dusting away the products! Even asked me if I wanted to try on (which I didn’t but first time ever hearing it) everything was so nice and clean and smelled amazing! Mirrors everywhere for you to see ... read more

Website says 10 am. I even called to confirm. Sales lady said 10 am. Its 10:23 am and doors are still locked. Kendra!! What's going on?? No Bueno.

Extremely poor service. I arrived at opening and they were doing a photo shoot so the saleswoman asked me to wait outsides a few minutes and locked the door which was fine. Another customer came up after me and was waiting also. We were finally let and the clerk proceeded to wait on the other person and left me standing there. This is not the first time I have received poor service in a Kendra Scott store, will never go back. Train your people!🤬
