Very helpful and kind.
We were in the Highland Village store today and had such a great experience. All of the women working there were so lovely and helpful. They offered us drinks, design assistance, and couldn't have been friendlier. The store itself is so beautiful and peaceful-all around an awesome shopping trip!
I stopped by here just to say hi to the team and introduce myself since I work at a hair salon nearby. Was also kinda wanting to browse for men’s jewelry for me in the near future. The ladies I spoke with were nigh very kind! My favorite were the link necklaces and some of the bracelets. I’ll be back soon!
Kudos to the girls at Kendra Highland Village on 3/18 around noon. I had a product issue and they knocked it out of the park with their customer service and helpfulness! My expectations were completely exceeded! Thank you!’
