Dr. Kendra Oden was awesome! She was very quick to help me, she was friendly and she patiently listened to what I had to say. I was in and out of urgent care in less than an hour, too, so they are quicker than you’d expect from most other places. She answered my questions with care and went over the x-ray results with me, too. My mom and I recommend this place to anyone who needs help ASAP.
This was quite literally the worst interaction I’ve had with a nurse practitioner. She was extremely demeaning and talked to me like I was stupid. I work in healthcare and my boss drove me to the urgent care on 19th and Quaker due the severe pain I was in. Even she said that the caregiver spoke to me in a very rude and unprofessional manner.
