When I was at the point in life when I wanted to buy my first home, I requested a viewing of a property that was listed on one of the home sites. Kendra showed up and gave me a tour of that home. Kendra sold my mothers house in two days! This sale was delicate as my mom had terminal cancer and selling her home of almost 40 years was a tough must do decision. Kendra helped us sell an 1800’s era rental, the home needed a special buyer due to its age and condition. Not only did Kendra handle the showings and other Brokers involved professionally, she did it with great skill and expertise and sold this unusual property in just a few weeks.
