Kind and caring people. Took care of my girly through her pregnancy
On the way to my hairdressers a few months ago, I called to let her know that I would be late because my gps was taking me in literal circles. She said sometimes they get lost, and then told me how to get there from where I was. I am telling this story to illustrate how a normal person deals with a client calling about their GPS malfunctioning. Dr. Thorn was the doctor on call who delivered my baby at Arlington Memorial in October. She was extremely knowledgeable and caring. She prioritized the health and safety of me and my baby from the moment I checked into the hospital. She didn’t sugar coat anything and kept me and my husband informed every step of the way. If it was up to me she would deliver all of my babies!
Very kind and caring toward patients. She will call you herself to explain procedures and to answer questions and will go above and beyond to make sure you're informed and comfortable. However, she works in one of the slowest offices in GP so make sure you take the whole day off for an appt. I was there an 1hr 20mins past my appt time before Doctor Thorn came into the room. She is definitely one of the better doctors around and is very thorough. I would definitely recommend her if you have the time to wait.
Very trustworthy, explains and treats with kindness and respect. So happy to have found Dr. Thorn!
