Horrible experience with Kendra all around. She was 45 minutes late for my bridal hair and makeup trial, and then rushed it so she wouldn’t be late for the next customer after me. Throughout the appointment, she made extremely hurtful comments about my skin and my appearance (not what you want to hear as a bride) and overall was very condescending and rude. Kendra has been doing my hair for about 2.5 years now! This is probably the longest I’ve stuck with a stylist. She not only is incredibly talented, but she’s helped me get my hair back healthy, and manageable! I’m extremely thankful for her. From extensions, color, cut to event hair and make up, she’s done it all for me! And I’ve never had a single complaint. Kendra was one of the first vendors I booked nearly a year in advance. She reached out to me 4 months before my wedding saying that her best friend was getting married the same weekend and she’s in the wedding. She and I both signed a contract binding us for the date and services specified. She referred me to someone she sends her clients to when she’s all booked up and that individual was already booked that weekend.
